Jerry Temple Aviation, (JTA) can provide the management of post-sale aircraft maintenance and modifications projects. Often, the new owner does not have the time or experience to properly oversee complex and costly modifications. In some cases, the shop(s) at the aircraft’s new home base simply do not have the expertise to conduct complex modifications.

For the foreign JTA customer purchasing a twin Cessna or Conquest Turboprop, the challenges and risks associated with having needed and desired post-sale maintenance and modifications is even greater. JTA’s reputation for honesty and integrity provides both non-USA and USA customers with the assurance and confidence that their new aircraft and investment is in good hands.

JTA has available many different skilled specialists at Addison Airport (ADS) – N. Dallas and other locations. JTA has supervised various post-sale modifications from simple avionics changes to an aircraft receiving 2-3 major airframe modifications, complex avionics, instrument upgrades, interior work, etc.

In order to get the total job completed on time and with the cost not becoming vastly over budget, such projects do require the hands-on supervision of a professional with the knowledge of the contracted work and the organizational skills to stay on top of the perhaps unrelated actions.

Examples of post-sale modifications on twin Cessnas are: the addition of American Aviation Intercoolers, spoilers/speed brakes, Keith air conditioning, additional fuel tanks, avionics, Intercom Systems, Instruments, Interiors and painting. JTA has also handled engine and propeller exchanges and conversions.
Many maintenance and modification actions require a single or several test flights. Often an aircraft needs to be flown to support shops at different airports. JTA provides owners with insurance-approved piloting skills and the experience to know if your aircraft and systems are operating properly.
